In Football Factory the producers use such effects as the one above to create the impression that the viewers are looking through at the actors from a CCTV camera. Furthermore the actors are walking away from the shot which also shows how they have not noticed the cameras. Also CCTV film is usually only seen when a crime has been committed, so therefore this gives us an insight into what is about to happen. Also the camera shot is elevated to show the top half of the actors to create the impression that the camera is on the side of a building, elevated and out of sight which adds to the realism.
