In the Football Factory the producers use such shots as the one of above to create the effect of a Point of View shot. This effect is created as the audience feel as they are in the film looking up at the bottom of the helicopter which also happens in real life. Also due to the fact that the background is grey portrays that wherever this scene is shot there is cloudy weather which is usually in the UK. Furthermore because it is a police helicopter it shows how something bad has happened in the film.
