In Football factory the producers use such video effects such as the black and white colour correction in the scene above. This portrays that the footage of the football hooligans is either previous news or has been in the newspaper. Also the scene has different layered object over the video which is additionally effective as the object in the left portrays a tyre mark on the road and the red light on the right portrays vehicles/ traffic which are all associated with the UK and crime.
